Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Signature Sound Co. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5-8 Business days
Express Shipping: 2-5 Business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Signature Sound Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at signaturesound.co1@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Delivery Issues

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Signature Sound Co is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly or local authorities if necessary.
